LONG ROW –

The grapes were picked at night to make sure that they were as cool as ossible. Crushed to modern rotary fermenters the grapes were then allowed to macerate for 2 days before inoculation and fermentation. Pressed off skins 7 days later and allowed to go through the second malolactic fermentation. The wine has then had minimal handling prior to filtration for bottling on the Angove Family Estate.
于夜間采摘葡萄保持其冷卻狀態(tài)。把葡萄壓碎,發(fā)酵前置于發(fā)酵桶中浸泡2天。壓皮7天后進行二次乳酸發(fā)酵。儲存在小橡木桶中,紅葡萄酒的功效與作用,過濾裝瓶前只進行輕微處理。
TASTING NOTES/產(chǎn)品特征
This wine is deep red in colour, with some purple hues. Complex aromas of red berry integrate with more soury and red pepper notes and a gentle touch of oak. The palate is rich and mouth filling with flours following through from the initial impression of berries and more complex capsicum family characters.
深紅色透著點點紫色。紅漿果混合著薄荷味,同時帶著一點紅椒和橡木氣息。味道豐富飽滿,充滿著漿果和辣椒的風(fēng)味特點。
SERVING/飲用建議
This is a classic Australian Cabernet Sauvignon which is great with red meats and any full floured dishes.
適宜搭配紅肉和各類調(diào)味豐富的菜肴。
