Colombard is a very good grape for the Riverand region， dry climate makes it less susceptible to disease and thus less sprays

Nose: attractive tropical aromas with citrus notes

Palate: lemony citrus， passionfruit and peach and a lasting gua character，葡萄酒， cleansing finish.

香氣：熱帶水果和柑橘

口感：檸檬味的柑橘，西番蓮，赤霞珠干紅葡萄酒，桃子和番石榴的味道，回味清爽

SERVING  /  飲用建議

Enjoy this wine well chilled， along or with any lighter foods.

Particularly good with seafood.

The grapes for this wine were picked at night to make sure that they were as cool as psible. Crushed to modern rotary fermenters the grapes were then allowed to macerate for 2 days before inoculation and fermentation.  Pressed off skins 7 days later and allowed to go through the second malolactic fermentation.  The wine has then had minimal handling prior to filtration for bottling.

夜間采摘葡萄以保持其冷卻狀態(tài)，采用旋轉(zhuǎn)式機器進行破皮處理，發(fā)酵前置于發(fā)酵罐中浸泡2天。帶皮壓榨7天后進行二次乳酸發(fā)酵。裝瓶前只進行輕微處理。

TASTING NOTES/產(chǎn)品特征

Deep red with purple hues， this voluptuous wine abounds in enticing aromas of cherry and blackcurrant with herbal undertones. The medium to full palate is well balanced with red and dark berry fruits， good length and a soft， rounded finish. This wine will cellar well for up to 4 years and is perfectly suited to pork dishes or Indian cuisine.

深邃的寶石紅色澤中透出點點紫色，吸引人的黑醋栗和櫻桃香氣中透出微妙的草本植物氣息，豐腴的口感與黑莓，紅色水果的味道達到平衡。是一款優(yōu)雅迷人的佳釀，酒體圓潤適中，回味悠長。此酒可窖藏四年以上，適合搭配豬肉和印度菜肴。
